My professional role encompasses working with and healing patients that have sustained a musculoskeletal injury that is either recent (acute) or has developed into a chronic pain condition over time.

I graduated from Kings College London with a degree in Physiotherapy and have over 10 years experience working in the NHS and private practice

I enjoy triathlon and long distance running. I have completed the Comrades Ultra Marathon in 2019 and the Nice Ironman in 2017. I have completed 4 half ironman events and 8 marathons and numerous Olympic and sprint events over 16 years.

I played rugby but now have to enjoy it from the couch and stay involved through coaching Sunday rugby with my two boys.
